About Dr. Siemers

Dr. Siemers was born in Nebraska and spent the first sixteen years working on the family farm. Upon the death of his father, he and his mother moved into town where they worked in the local drug store.

After graduating from High School, he began studies in Pharmacy and completed his degree as a registered pharmacist. Gayle worked over ten years as a nursing orderly, pharmacy intern and a registered Pharmacist at two major hospitals in Lincoln, Nebraska. He graduated from the University of Nebraska, College of Dentistry, receiving the Teachers Award in Children's Dentistry in 1981.

Since 1981 Dr. Siemers has maintained his general practice in Polson. From 1980 to 1991, Dr Siemers provided Dentistry on short mission trips to Mayan Villages on the border of Belize and Guatemala, Central America and most recently to Haiti.

Dr Siemers is married to Helen Jennings Siemers who teaches 1st grade at the Cherry Valley School. They have four children; Erin Hendricks PhD in child psychology, John M.D internal Medicine, Katie at University of AZ pre-nursing, Ben at Mesa Community College.

Helen & Gayle enjoy outdoor activities & gardening at home, which they share with their favorite pets Ike & Bud.
